International Financial Orientation '12

The International Financial Orientation, as organized by SCOPE|FOCUS and Maastricht University, will take place in Hong Kong. This study trip is open to all second and third year bachelor students and will take place during block 6. This means that upon successful completion of the trip and a written report, all students participating in this trip will receive 4 ECTS.

The trip will take place from Monday, 18 June 2012 to Thursday, 28 June 2012. During our 10 day trip to Hong Kong we will participate in presentations and workshops provided by several financially orientated companies, enjoy the beautiful sights of the city, have a group dinner and partake in various other exciting activities. Previous trips have taken place in New York, Singapore and most recently Chicago, with each being a huge success.

To apply for this trip you need to submit a list of your grades, a motivation letter and a CV. The motivation letter must be maximum one page in length, informing us why you want to participate in IFO and what interests you have in finance. The participation fee is €699,- which includes flight, transportation, accomodation, breakfast, a group dinner, several activities and company visits.
